Job Description
Summary
Milele is seeking a Renovation Project Manager to oversee residential property upgrades including villas townhouses and apartments. The role requires someone with proven experience in managing renovation and fit-out projects in the UAE/GCC ensuring quality cost control and timely delivery to maximize resale value.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage renovation projects from start to finish.
- Assess property condition and prepare renovation scope BOQs and cost estimates.
- Supervise contractors and suppliers on-site to ensure quality and progress.
- Track budgets timelines and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Report progress costs and risks to management regularly.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of direct experience in residential renovation/fit-out projects (villas townhouses or flats).
- Strong project management and site supervision skills.
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes authority approvals and local suppliers/contractors.
- Ability to deliver cost-effective resale-ready renovations.
KPIs
- % of projects delivered on time and within budget.
- ROI improvement on renovated properties.
- Quality of renovation works as per Milele standards.
