Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor/Job Performer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of civil construction projects ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion - Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are carried out efficiently - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to ensure project success - Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and clients - Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications - Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project - Mentor and train team members to improve their skills and performance Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory role - Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and equipment - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software - Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as needed Why Work With Us: At Star Services LLC we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
