Were looking for a creative driven and digitally savvy Head of Marketing to lead the brands commercial storytelling audience growth and local impact. Youll be the heartbeat of everything that shouts Mama!from digital campaigns and influencer collaborations to partnerships content creation and in-house activations.

What Youll Be Rockin:
Brand & Strategy Leadership
Own and amplify Mama Shelter Dubais brand presence across all platforms.
Develop and execute a 360 marketing strategy that drives awareness footfall and revenue.
Lead local positioning efforts that reflect both the Mama spirit and the pulse of Dubai.
Digital Social & Content Magic
Manage and grow Mamas online presence including website content SEO/SEM and paid ads.
Lead content creation for social media email marketing influencer collabs and lifestyle storytelling.
Drive UGC online reviews and engagementMamas community is your playground.
Partnerships & PR
Build creative collaborations with local brands artists DJs and influencers to keep Mama top-of-mind.
Manage all PR relationships media outreach and storytelling that gets people talking (and tagging).
Coordinate with corporate PR & brand teams to stay on-message and on-fire.
Marketing Meets Revenue
Align with Sales & Revenue teams to create targeted promotions and campaigns that fill rooms restaurants and rooftops.
Track ROI and campaign performance; analyze whats working and tweak whats not.
Lead F&B marketing nightlife promotions event calendars and cross-department support.
Team & Culture
Inspire and mentor your marketing crew and creative freelancers.
Be the voice of the gueststay curious creative and in love with the local scene.
Stay ahead of industry trends tech tools and whats hot in town.
What Mamas Looking For:
5 years of experience in lifestyle hospitality marketing or brand management.
Proven experience in digital marketing social media and content-led strategy.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills (a touch of cheeky never hurts).
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Passion for hospitality art music culture and all things cool.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
