Job Description


  • Position: HR Officer
  • Work Location: Abu Dhabi
  • Salary : 5000 - 5500 AED
  • Immediate Joining ( available in UAE )

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer with expertise in onboarding and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The candidate must also be fluent in Arabic and have a thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Oversee the onboarding process for new employees including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • - Manage the payroll process including calculating salaries processing employee benefits and maintaining accurate records.
  • - Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • - Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and assist with the recruitment process.
  • - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent work environment.
  • Experinces in handling more than 1000 Headcount
  • - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • - Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • - Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
  • - Collaborate with the finance department to prepare and manage the HR budget.
  • - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on onboarding and payroll.
  • - Fluent in Arabic Tagalog and English both written and verbal.
  • - Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • - Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
