Support launches of new projects with training on product knowledge pricing strategies and market positioning.
Measure training effectiveness using performance metrics feedback and on-ground results.
Provide one-on-one coaching to underperforming sales team members to improve effectiveness.
Stay updated on real estate market trends buyer behavior and competitor projects to keep training content relevant.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Communications or a related field.
3 5 years of experience in real estate sales or real estate sales training.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for real estate or property sales teams.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle in residential or commercial real estate.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools (like Salesforce or real estate-specific CRMs) and training delivery platforms.
