Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive first aid training

  • Customize training programs to meet specific client and industry needs.

  • Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and assessments.

  • Ensure all training activities comply with UAE safety and health regulations.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and provide feedback to improve content and delivery.

  • Maintain accurate training records and issue certificates to successful participants.

  • Stay updated with changes in first aid procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Certified First Aid Trainer

  • Corporation for Ambulance Services or other recognized authority).

  • Minimum 2 years of training experience in First Aid/CPR/AED.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the UAE.

  • Flexible to travel within Dubai or other Emirates as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in healthcare, emergency services, or safety training.

  • Experience in delivering corporate or group training sessions.

  • Additional safety certifications (e.g., HSE, Fire Safety) are a plus.
