Job Title
Compliance Certification Coordinator Game Testing & Lab Liaison
Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Location Bangkok Yhailand & Dubai UAE

Salary : AED 15000 - 25000 (Negotiable Subject to Experience)

Mission
Own the end-to-end certification pipeline for all in-house and third-party games ensuring
every title passes testing at GLI BMM iTech Labs (or equivalent) and meets the technical
standards required for each target licence (e.g. MGA UKGC New Jersey DGE Ontario
AGCO).

Core Responsibilities
Certification Planning Build and maintain a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction test matrix
that maps every game feature to the latest GLI/BMM/iTech requirements; update it within 24
hours of any regulatory change.
Submission Pack Ownership Assemble and quality-check all artefacts (source code hash
RNG logs artwork sign-offs pay-table math vulnerability scans) before they reach the
lab. No incomplete packs leave the door.
Lab Liaison Act as single point of contact for external laboratories: schedule test
windows negotiate turnaround times track defects and clear queries within SLA.
Internal Readiness Audits Run pre-cert dry-runs on staging builds; reject any
release that fails internal GLI-11 / GLI-19 / GLI-33 checklists.
Change Management Gatekeep production updates; any post-cert code or math change is
logged impact-assessed andif requiredre-certified before deployment.
Regulatory Reporting Produce evidence bundles and attestation letters for licensing
bodies; respond to regulator questions within 48 hours.
Cross-Team Coordination Work daily with Product QA Math Security and Legal to keep
features compliant without slowing delivery.
Process Improvement Automate test-pack generation defect tracking and compliance
dashboards; target 20% year-on-year reduction in certification cycle time.

Required Experience & Skills
5 years in iGaming or land-based gaming compliance with at least 3 focused on
laboratory certification.
Proven track record of securing approvals in multiple major jurisdictions (e.g. MGA
UKGC NJ DGE AGCO PAGCOR).
Deep familiarity with GLI/BMM/iTech standards RNG and RTP testing PCI DSS basics
ISO/IEC 17025 methodology.
Strong project-management discipline: can run 10 concurrent submissions without
deadline slips.
Excellent document control and technical writing; zero-defect mindset.
Confident negotiator and communicatorcomfortable pushing back on labs or internal teams
to protect compliance.
Fluent English; additional language relevant to target markets is a plus.

Desirable Extras
Experience certifying sports-betting platforms (GLI-33) and live-dealer studios.
Prior work with Kubernetes-based deployments and secure build pipelines.
Professional certifications (e.g. CAMS CISA ISO 27001 Lead Implementer).
Reporting Line & Location
Reports to: Head of Compliance & Licensing.
Location: On-site in Bangkok Thailand or Dubai UAE (regular travel to accredited test
labs and regulators 10%).
What Success Looks Like
First-time-pass rate 95% across all submissions.
Average lab cycle 30 days (from submission to approval).
Zero critical findings in regulatory audits.
