Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with the Group CEO and Board to define long-term strategic direction and drive shareholder value.
- Capital Allocation: Optimize capital structures across the portfolio evaluate investment opportunities M&A divestitures and fundraising activities.
- Performance Management: Oversee financial planning & analysis (FP&A) budgeting and forecasting across multiple business verticals.
- Risk & Governance: Ensure rigorous internal controls risk management frameworks and compliance with global standards.
- Investor Relations: Represent the Group to investors financial institutions and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Digital Transformation: Champion automation finance digitization and systems integration across entities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing finance team fostering a culture of accountability agility and excellence.

- Education: MBA/CPA/CA from a top-tier global business school or university. CFA preferred.
- Experience: 15 years of progressive leadership experience in diversified holding groups private equity firms or investment conglomerates.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to scale financial operations lead restructuring efforts and drive capital optimization.
- Global Outlook: Experience working across geographies and managing cross-border transactions.
- Communication: Excellent executive presence with the ability to engage at Board-level and lead investor conversations.
