Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting processing and analyzing data to help drive strategic decisionmaking and business performance. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to develop insights dashboards and reports that contribute to operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and clean large sets of structured and unstructured data from various sources.

Analyze data to identify trends patterns and anomalies.

Develop and maintain dashboards visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI Tableau or Excel.

Translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and business goals.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance metrics.

Automate recurring reports and optimize data workflows.

Assist in designing data models database queries and ETL processes.

Ensure data integrity quality and compliance with data governance standards.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics or a related field.

Proven experience (2 years) in data analysis or a related role.

Proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker).

Strong analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.

Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

Familiarity with data warehousing cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and BI best practices.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

Understanding of business operations and KPIs in industry e.g. finance ecommerce healthcare.

Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus.
