Job Description
- Lead and manage the HR function across all ICS branches reporting directly to senior management.
- Oversee and coordinate the recruitment process for teaching and administrative staff both locally and internationally.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with UAE labor laws and school regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to HR Officers at each branch on employee relations disciplinary actions and performance management.
- Coordinate onboarding orientation and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain and improve HR systems and employee records ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor staffing needs and coordinate with principals and department heads to fulfill recruitment plans.
- Support strategic planning by analyzing HR metrics and forecasting workforce requirements.
- Manage staff contracts renewals and endofservice processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including visa processing labor contracts and MOE approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Master s degree or HR certification is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Previous experience in the education sector or school operations in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws recruitment best practices and HR policies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage a distributed team.
- Proficient in HR software Microsoft Office Suite and digital document management.
- High level of integrity discretion and professionalism.
