Oliver Wyman is now looking to recruit a Tender Specialist to join our Middle East office and be part of our IMEA (India Middle East Africa) team!


The role can be based out of Dubai or Riyadh office.

Team Overview:

The Business Impact Team (BIT) serves as a strategic cornerstone of our organization effectively bridging the gap between consulting operations and essential support functions. Under the leadership of the Chief of Staff and Head of Business Impact Team we guide the regions strategic direction and operational governance encompassing a broad and impactful scope of work.

A key function within BIT is business development which integrates both the administrative aspects of RFP operations and the strategic elements of market positioning and client outreach. Operating in a fastpaced environment our team works at the front line interacting with client procurement functions and gatekeeping all our business pursuits.

Job Overview:

Oliver Wyman is seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator for client portals to join our Business Development team. This role is critical in ensuring Oliver Wyman presence and registration on client portals in key markets maintaining existing registrations and managing the operations through the portal including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) submission tracking and closure.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail excellent organizational and tracking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Registration & Management

    • Lead the endtoend process of registering Oliver Wyman on clients portal including preparing and submitting all necessary documentation to client and relevant authorities.

    • Maintain monitor and renew company credentials including legal financial and compliance documents to ensure uninterrupted registration.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for all vendor registration inquiries and liaise with internal departments (Legal Finance Mobility etc. to complete necessary filings.

    • Track and update all company registrations in a centralized system ensuring accuracy and timely renewals.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as the clients procurement team and the government agencies involved in the registration process.

    • Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all company registrations ensuring accurate and

    • uptodate records.

    • Provide support for the executive assistants on supplier registration list and other adhoc requests.

    • Work closely with the Business Development team to align vendor registration strategies with Oliver Wymans growth objectives.

  • RFP Coordination & Submission

    • Monitor and download relevant RFPs RFIs and other client requests from various portals.

    • Ensure timely submission of all RFPs coordinating with Executive assistants Business development and project/engagement teams.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect required documents verify proposal compliance and submit proposals through different client portals.

    • Track submission deadlines and requirements ensuring accuracy and completeness in all bid responses.

    • Support partners and engagement team with RFPrelated queries and follow up on submission status clarifications or extensions.

    • Manage physical RFP submissions when required ensuring all documentation is compiled and delivered correctly.

  • AdHoc Business Support

    • Assist the IMEA Business Impact and Business Development Team in preparing various materials and analyses that contribute to the effective operation of the IMEA region ensuring responsiveness to evolving business needs.

Experience and Skills required:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in business management Administration or related field.

  • Experience:

    • 3 years of experience in a corporate or professional services environment preferably in business development procurement or operations.

    • Experience managing Etimad and other government portals is a plus.

    • Knowledge of the tender process and familiarity with Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements in the GCC regions required

  • Skills:

    • Proactive and creative approach to problemsolving adaptable to changing situations with a solutionfocused mindset.

    • Displays eagerness to take on responsibilities learn and actively contribute to team success.

    • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail in document preparation data accuracy and file management.

    • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and strive under pressure.

    • Coordinating among various stakeholders across different levels and industries ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

    • Skilled in efficiently prioritizing tasks and adeptly using time management tools to meet deadlines

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Project management skill is a plus.
