Job Purpose
To lead coach and manage the sales team across the UAE driving revenue growth improving team performance and building strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies tracking KPIs improving cash collection and expanding market share in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and motivate the team of sales executives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement individual development plans.
- Support recruitment onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
- Set clear sales targets KPIs and activity metrics for the team.
- Track pipeline and sales performance using ZOHO CRM tools
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.
- Support key account development and highvalue negotiations.
- Attend client meetings with sales executives for strategic opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure timely followup and collection of outstanding payments from clients.
- Coordinate with finance to monitor overdue accounts and resolve billing disputes.
- Implement and improve processes for efficient cash collection and credit control.
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with finance and operations on pricing credit and order fulfillment.
