Job Description
anages risk and issues and communicates effectively with stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy to support the DSM strategy and objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government entities regulatory bodies industry associations and consumer groups. Identify and engage with new stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of DSM programs. Act as a liaison between the organization and stakeholders ensuring effective communication and understanding of key issues and concerns. Monitor and analyze stakeholder feedback and perceptions and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and integration of stakeholder engagement efforts. Develop and manage stakeholder engagement plans for specific DSM programs including timelines milestones and deliverables. Track and report on stakeholder engagement metrics and progress towards goals. Identify potential risks and issues related to stakeholder engagement and develop mitigation strategies. Stay uptodate on industry trends best practices and regulations related to stakeholder engagement. Provide guidance and support to junior team members on stakeholder engagement strategies and tactics. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in communications public relations marketing or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement public relations or a related field. Experience in the energy sector or with demand side management programs is preferred. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of stakeholder engagement best practices and strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Fluency in English both written and spoken. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. Willingness to travel as needed.
