Job Description
Job Title: IT Manager
OVERVIEW:
The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and performance of key business systems including POS CRM ERP and eCommerce platforms. Youll also play a crucial role in leading a team of IT professionals driving innovation improving processes and maintaining high standards of security and system reliability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and support team members and ensure clear communication and alignment on IT priorities and objectives.
- Set goals manage workload distribution and monitor progress to ensure the timely completion of IT tasks and projects.
IT Systems & Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the integration and optimization of systems like Shopify CRM ERP and POS to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of POS systems across locations.
- Monitor network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity and minimal downtime.
Security & Data Management:
- Implement and manage IT security protocols including firewalls and data protection measures to safeguard businesscritical data.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Manage the integrity of digital assets and company data to minimize risks and protect sensitive information.
Systems Support & Optimization:
- Support and troubleshoot key systems (POS CRM ERP) to ensure they function optimally and integrate seamlessly with each other.
- Lead the maintenance and improvement of internal communications platforms and collaboration tools to enhance team efficiency.
Education / Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role with at least 1 year of experience in leading a small team.
- Experience with POS systems CRM ERP eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) and network management.
- Strong understanding of IT security protocols firewalls data compliance and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with managing IT systems for multilocation organizations is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven leadership abilities with experience guiding and mentoring a small team.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure security and system integration.
- Problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to think strategically while managing daytoday operations.
