You will be at the centre of our regional spare parts operations responsible for inventory strategy supplier performance warehouse optimization and system-driven process management. Reporting directly to the Aftersales Director this role offers the opportunity to shape end-to-end logistics performance across the Gulf and broader MEA region.
Key Scope / Overview:
Spare Parts Operations Management:
- Handle regional operations: order processing inventory control logistics coordination and data analysis.
Warehouse Management:
- Oversee regional warehouse activities.
- Optimize layout and operational procedures.
- Improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Inventory Optimization:
- Streamline inventory structure to enhance turnover.
- Ensure high availability of essential and high-demand parts.
Vendor & Logistics Coordination:
- Collaborate with suppliers logistics companies and warehousing partners.
- Ensure timely deliveries and minimize demurrage costs.
Forecasting & Collaboration:
- Develop and regularly revise demand forecasts.
- Work closely with sales and aftersales teams.
Process & System Management:
- Establish and implement SOPs.
- Drive digital and system-based management approaches.
Service Quality & Dealer Support:
- Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Support dealers in growing their spare parts business.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or higher in logistics supply chain mechanical engineering or automotive-related fields.
- 5 years in spare parts or supply chain operations in the automotive sector.
- Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
- Proficient in ERP/DMS systems.
- SAP or Oracle experience is a plus.
- Strong in data analysis planning and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English.
