Account Manager

Location: Dubai UAE

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our Middle East sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment and enjoy building strong relationships with clients. You will be part of an exciting multicultural team and responsible for managing multiple accounts across various countries in the Middle East region focusing on growing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Establish manage and nurture a portfolio of accounts across different Middle Eastern countries.
  • Conduct frequent outreach including cold calling and virtual meetings to engage potential and existing clients.
  • Develop an agile and dynamic approach to account management adapting to client needs quickly.
  • Schedule and lead frequent facetoface and virtual meetings with clients to present solutions address concerns and maintain strong engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales solutions architects and consultants to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell solutions within assigned accounts.
  • Build brand awareness and market presence through networking and engagement with industry stakeholders.
  • Travel expected around 2550 across the region and beyond as necessary
  • And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in account management sales or business development preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering geo sciences business or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency: Arabic is a plus.

Additional Details

  • Travel: Travel expected around 2550 across the region and beyond as necessary. Must have a valid passport.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in United Arab Emirates is valued.Company might pursue visa sponsorship for this position at its sole discretion if candidate is outstanding and willing to relocate.
