Emirati Talent Acquisition Specialist

Company Overview

Our esteemed UAE Family Group is seeking a dedicated and skilledEmirati Talent Acquisition Specialistto join our Human Resources team. As a key contributor you will play a vital role in identifying attracting and retaining top talent to support our organizations growth and success.

Role Summary

TheTalent Acquisition Specialistwill be responsible for driving the recruitment efforts with a focus on Emirati nationals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers universities and government bodies to ensure the successful acquisition of UAE talent. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our local workforce and promote national talent within our organization.

Responsibilities

  1. Talent Sourcing and Attraction:

    • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract highcaliber Emirati candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
    • Leverage industry best practices to identify potential candidates.
  2. Candidate Engagement and Assessment:

    • Review resumes and applications conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews assessments and background checks.
    • Negotiate job offers and finalize employment contracts.
  3. Emiratisation Advocacy:

    • Promote our Emiratisation initiatives and programs.
    • Foster positive relationships with universities and educational institutions.
    • Advocate for the career development and progression of UAE Nationals within our organization.
  4. Market Insights and Compliance:

    • Stay informed about market trends salary benchmarks and talent availability.
    • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and relevant regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
  5. Collaboration and Networking:

    • Collaborate with external stakeholders including government bodies and industry associations.
    • Represent our organization at career fairs networking events and industry forums.
    • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Emirati Nationality with Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of1years of experiencein talent acquisition preferably within the UAE context.
  • Strong networking abilities and familiarity with local educational institutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Passion for promoting Emiratisation and contributing to the growth of the UAE workforce.
