Job Summary:
We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Spare Parts Executive to manage the procurement sourcing and timely delivery of spare parts and accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with vendors ensuring costeffective purchases and coordinating with internal departments for smooth operations. This role involves market research vendor negotiations and outdoor visits across Dubai and Sharjah to acquire competitive quotations and quality spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Logistics to acquire stock cars fleet and overall insurance requirements for vehicle registration.
- Handle courier services for sending essential documents and related materials.
- Source and obtain price quotations for spare parts and accessories from multiple vendors ensuring costeffective procurement as per department requirements.
- Conduct vendor visits across Dubai and Sharjah to secure competitive quotations and collect spare parts.
- Ensure timely purchases and delivery of requested spare parts to the concerned departments.
- Collect and manage invoices from vendors ensuring accuracy and following up on modifications if required.
- Continuously explore the market both online and in person to identify vendors offering quality products at competitive rates.
- Develop and maintain a project timeline in Excel or Jira for efficient tracking and followup of ongoing projects.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for the spare parts department to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of both new and used spare parts/accessories.
- Wellversed in local markets and sourcing channels for spare parts.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools like Jira.
- Valid UAE driving license is a must as the role involves extensive outdoor work.
