Job Description
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for all purchases.
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality and should be deliver to all branches on timely manners.
- Controlling Cost of Goods (COG), Pricing & Volume of Quantity.
- Collect Purchas Order (PR) from Head Chef with approval of Operations Manager.
- Planning for material arrangements as requirements of normal working days and for holidays as well.
- Sourcing suppliers & vendors related to Restaurant Food items and others requirements if any.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
- Ordering and monitoring cleaning material and pest control services providers as per restaurant needs and requirements periodically.
- Controlling, checking & maintaining the inventory of all Food Items.
- Controlling, checking & maintaining the inventory of packaging material and non food items.
- Maintaining stores inventory for all items and updates in records regularly.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
