Job Description
The Role
- This opportunity is with a large Retail Company in Dubai.
- As a Supervisor you would be responsible for Call Center operations this role plays a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional services.
- You would be responsible to organize and direct the staff of the call center.
- You will be assessing work and give feedback to maximize performance of the team.
- Answer staff questions, provide guidance and feedback to team members.
- Train new employees.
- Ensure a friendly and motivating work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams.
- Hire and onboard new employees.
- Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback.
- Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed.
- Keep management informed on issues and problems
- Prepare monthly/annual results and performance report.
- Ensure a friendly and motivating work environment.
