Job Description

The Role

  • This opportunity is with a large Retail Company in Dubai.
  • As a Supervisor you would be responsible for Call Center operations this role plays a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional services.
  • You would be responsible to organize and direct the staff of the call center.
  • You will be assessing work and give feedback to maximize performance of the team.
  • Answer staff questions, provide guidance and feedback to team members.
  • Train new employees.
  • Ensure a friendly and motivating work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams.
  • Hire and onboard new employees.
  • Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback.
  • Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed.
  • Keep management informed on issues and problems
  • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance report.
  • Ensure a friendly and motivating work environment.
