As a Supervisor you would be responsible for Call Center operations this role plays a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional services.
You would be responsible to organize and direct the staff of the call center.
You will be assessing work and give feedback to maximize performance of the team.
Answer staff questions, provide guidance and feedback to team members.
Train new employees.
Ensure a friendly and motivating work environment.

Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams.
Hire and onboard new employees.
Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback.
Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed.
Keep management informed on issues and problems
Prepare monthly/annual results and performance report.
