- Lead and mentor in-house creative team to deliver innovative creative communications, campaigns, and content with consumer first approach
- Work within a culture that enables innovative creative direction and approach
- Drive creative and content strategies to deliver Advertising campaigns that drive users towards the app
- To be able to strategize, create & curate unique video content strategy in accordance with creative direction and campaign plans
- To be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and use the team and resources in most planned and efficient manner to deliver quality creative videos within required timeline
- To be able to cut costs and plan production keeping all requirements in mind - Production setup, Actors, Props, Location etc.need to be very low if not zero.
- Work closely with XFN teams including performance, influencer marketing, and product strategy teams to understand the campaign
- Explore and research the psychology of users, improve the creative design logic - work with XFN teams to understand key changes
