• Preparing decks and presentations for new pitches and new business leads
• Coordination with client and ensuring all timelines are met and deliverables as per scope of work is achieved as per company’s commitment
• Working with other team members to provide support and guidance as needed
• Ensuring total client satisfaction with regular client reviews
• Maintaining excellent relationships with all clients in the executive's portfolio
• Up-selling and cross-selling consulting services within the client business
• Proactive thinking, which may not necessarily be consulting-services related
• Working on new business opportunities (lead generation & lead management)
• Tracking every media purchase - completed accurately and on time
• Approaching potential clients through new leads & other means
• Detailing pricing and negotiating costs when necessary
• Facilitating successful sales by collecting client information
• Generating revenue & profit targets as defined for accounts
• Travels to see clients, attend trade shows, or participate in industry events or training
• Respect and follow our company culture – honest, open, responsive, team-oriented
• Adds notes to records for each client call or meeting
