Job Description
- Contracts Engineers possess general management skills such as the ability to act with integrity, arrange personnel workloads, use sound judgement, drive for results and focus on customer needs.
- They also have the ability to communicate with both customers and other employees within the company; take responsibility for the attendance of regular contract meetings to establish project status and conditions.
- They should have the ability to manage and exceed yearly financial targets; maximisation of gross profit margins on individual contracts; manage the financial and monthly purchases of equipment to eliminate stock carrying.
