Job Description
- Maintaining and improving safety, health and environmental standards and practices.
- Auditing compliance to maintenance standards and plans, and address deviations.
- Identifying problem areas impacting on quality and establish corrective measures.
- Ensuring Palabora Copper s standards are adhered to in all activities.
- Setting up and maintaining systems to effectively control the flow of jobs through the workshop without building unnecessary inventory, on time and to the correct quality and specification.
- Preparing and controlling the section s annual
Requirements
- BSc Engineering/National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Government Certificate of Competency (Mines and works).
- Registration with Professional affiliates (ECSA, AMRE).
- Registration with DMRE as a Mentor
