Job Description

ROLE: We are looking to hire a “Full time” Arabic speaking, Business Development Manager (BDM) based in UAE region to develop and expand our customer base. This position will be to engage and promote new and emerging technologies such as our Service Robots such as Food Delivery Robot to the Hospitality industry. The “Business Development Manager” will deliver value by differentiating our unique business solution capabilities to new major end customers. BDM will promote and lead sales activities for the assigned territory and achieve healthy sales revenue based on companies’ business objectives. Although a detailed product training will be provided to the deserving candidate, we expect the BDM to be a Quick learner and able to conduct meetings with Business owners, C level executives independently. The expectation of this role is to develop and drive supporting a total solution-based sales approach as part of any offering. Responsibilities: • Proactively identify opportunities with external clients which includes Casual dining Restaurants, casual fine dining Restaurants, café’s, Resorts, 4/5-star properties and generate new sales opportunities. • Manage and grow the business of our Food delivery Robots by developing key accounts across the country. • Educate the customers about the company’s product and services to drive business. • Proactively conduct onsite demonstrations at customer site regularly. • Work closely with the technical team, Presales, Sales and Operations team by collaborative working style which encourages teamwork. • BDM should be able to conduct Sales presentations depending on customer needs keeping in mind of the deadlines. • Prepare and update customer pipeline/funnel which must be updated daily to keep track of all the activities. • Should be self-motivated, result oriented and a go getter. • The incumbent has to number driven and achieve the monthly Targets set by the company.
