Job Description
- Drive new vendor performance and ensure newly onboarded vendors are generating orders
- Build successful vendor incubation teams across all markets
- Develop strategies, playbooks and dashboards to strengthen the vendor incubation function
- Setting success measures and KPIs for the function and ensuring high degree of compliance
- Defining bonus structures and policies to drive company objectives while keeping employee satisfaction and motivation levels
- Working with global teams to identify and implement best practices
- Building process maps, timelines, cadences and calendars for performance management
- Ensuring high levels of operational compliance from vendors
- Driving self-reliance and reducing dependency on account managers
