Job Description

  • Be in charge of leading and coordinating org design, operating model, leveling and alignment across the region: you will ensure best practices are implemented and will work as subject matter expert across these areas.
  • Lead the strategic people planning and forecasting according to the business requirements
  • Support the business in reviewing the data shared by people analytics and market best practices to ensure the best People Planning is achieved compared and contrasted against the business requirements for the evolution of the company going forward
  • Consult in manpower planning & creating guidelines which are easily adaptable and scalable
  • Lead restructuring cross functional projects end to end
  • Review and define processes, SOPs, SLAs, template documents to ensure ease in the data collection and business case creation for org design and leveling
  • Support and be a consultant for senior management (MDs, GMs, C level, Heads of Functions) on people forecasts and organizational effectiveness to achieve business results ensuring financial alignment and targets achievement
