CANDIDATES WITH THAT EXPERIENCE ONLY APPLY We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. It will oversee a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct the marketing efforts towards great success. The mission of this role is to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are successful in helping it outperform competition and expand the market business and consumer's traffic. Your Responsibilities • Define business growth methodologies and digital marketing roadmap through ROI- based consumer approaches and data driven acquisition strategies to support the company’s overall plans and objectives. • Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation. • Taking the lead on the client division plan and develop smart attribution modeling, ensuring to reach the right audience with the right message through the right channel, at the right time • Keeping the data and analytics at the core of every decision • Lead marketing analytics and ROI analysis for campaigns and channels, while executing robust optimization and A/B testing programs • Collaborating with and leveraging the tech team to create differentiated solutions to aid performance media and new innovations across marketing technology Your Qualifications • 3-5 years of Proven experience as a Chief marketing officer. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a fast growing FinTech company • Should have a good experience in user acquisition and growth in multiple countries/continents • 5-8 years of total experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing field • Experience in Digital marketing of ICO(Initial Coin Offering) would be a plus • Engineering degree with MBA in Marketing would be ideal • Must have good experience in Growth Hacking, preferably with experience in Marketing automation using AI • Must have experience in a Hyper Growth FinTech, digital marketing or an analytics role, analyzing data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations • Proven experience in creating efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing facets • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities

Desired Candidate Profile
