Job Description
1. Provides professional expertise and follow up on marketing, communication, and event projects ensuring fulfilment of objectives' safety & quality requirements, budget & schedule, as assigned by the Manager
2. Coordinates and monitors the progress of work performed by project teams and Contractors / Consultants / Third parties, as applicable;
3. Organizes, attends and participates in events and meetings relevant to assigned projects
4. Identifies any bottlenecks and recommends corrective action to ensure smooth and timely completion of each project.
5. Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
6. Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
