Technician (GPON)

N-Com, a telecommunications engineering and consulting division of John Staurulakis (JSI) in Lubbock, TX is looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a Senior NOC Technician. The Senior NOC Technician will support the JSI Managed Services platform and will be responsible for supporting Internet Service Provider networks throughout the country that deliver broadband services to thousands of subscribers. This role will expose you to a large range of networking equipment and technologies. This role requires some experience in a NOC or support role. The ideal candidate will have either worked in a NOC or network support role for three to five years. As the NOC team grows, you will have a voice in training and procedures for new staff.
