Roles & Responsibilities
• Make a clear diagnosis of complex electronic systems at the instruction of the service advisor and in the presence of the customer.
• Ensure that complaints are clearly diagnosed and corrected and a completed quote with comments is presented to Service Advisor.
• Continuously learns new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Perform a complete inspection of the vehicles, using the VDS testers and other tools to generate the guided fault-finding program to reach a solution.
• Check the complete vehicle history/ records and any other related information to proceed with the necessary repair / fix.
