Agile Consultants is looking for an HR Executive with at least 3 – 5 years of experience in HR Operations for our client based in the management consulting industry.
Job Responsibilities:
– Update and maintain internal systems and records for new hire data, existing and exiting employees.
– Create profile on the HRIS for new joiners.
– Manage and update HR databases with different documents such as personnel documents, status changes, loan documents etc.
– Prepare Visa documents for new applications, transfers, cancellation, and renewals.
– Coordinate with PRO and drivers for visa, MOL, medical test & EID processing.
– Liaise with the insurance brokers for employees’ Medical insurance additions and deletions.
– Create & share HRIS credentials for new joiners along with training & manuals.
– Processing leavers: coordination on visa cancellation and insurance cancellation.
– Prepare and process all type of documents related to employee request such as salary certificates, salary transfer letters, experience letters & NOC for travel etc.
– Maintain and update employee visa and payroll trackers.
– Create HR forms & templates for all entities across the group
– Support HR priority projects with any administrative activity, including updating relevant reports and keeping track of relevant deadlines.
Job Requirements:
– Femalecandidates possessing3 – 5 years of HR Operations experiencerequired with minimum2 years in the UAE
– Previous experience working with a group of companies preferred
– A university graduate in Human Resources or equivalent from recognized university
– Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee documentation
– A high level of written and verbal communication skills
– Experience in the administration of employee documentation
– Outstanding interpersonal relationship building
– Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
– ValidUAE driving license
