HR Coordinator

• Be the first point of contact for all HR and administration related queries for Workers

• Have frequent interaction with workers to address their operational concerns

• Educate employees on existing HR processes and policies

• Coordinate with the camp administrative team for room and basic amenities allocation for all new joiners.

• Issue duty advice and update the salary details in JDE for all new joiners.

• Coordinate with Employee Relations/Welfare Team for the welcome induction and ensure necessary attendance with maintenance of records.

• Handle the application process of all new health insurance cards

• Coordinate with the Visa and PR team for issuance of Emirates ID application forms and visa medical forms.
