About the roleThis fast paced leisure property provides a unique luxury product to its guests. As DOSM you will report directly to the GM and oversee the full sales and marketing teams.Your main responsibilities will be to drive revenue across all areas of the property. You will support and assist the sales team within leisure, corporate, government and group and event sales. You will be consistently focused on the commercial direction of the property supporting the GM to achieve the future vision and goals as set. About youThe successful candidate must currently work as a Director of Sales and Marketing or Director of Sales with a five star luxury brand. This role requires a very strong candidate with extensive experience in sales. Only candidates with recent GCC experience will be considered for this role. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, self-motivated, a go getter who is ready to take on a new challenge and hit the ground running
