Attend to all customer inquiries and complaints and respond to them in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide assistance and follow up on the end-to-end resolution of the customer to provide high-standard customer service.
Timely escalate customer issues to the appropriate department when unable to handle interactions at the first point of contact and ensure customers are informed accurately about the progress and the time needed for resolution.
Responsible to review and execute all transactions related to handover, PRE resale, Post Resale, NOC, COP, Registration of Mortgage, Deregistration of Mortgage, PRE title deed registration, GFA and all request for payment deferrals by ensuring all documentation are as per the transaction requirements and meet the company standards.
