Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Junior Accounts Officer must prepare monthly financial reports including budget versus actual comparison reports
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
    • Month and end-year process
    • Accounts payable/receivable
    • Cash receipts
    • General ledger
    • Payroll and utilities
    • Capital assets reconciliations
    • Fixed asset activity
    • Debt activity
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Set up and monitor accounting KPIs
  • Regularly produce financial reports or statements
  • Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Perform and oversee annual audits

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in accounts / finance from manufacturing environment
  • Qualified/Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant candidates will only be considered for the role
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of ERP Accounting and reports generation
  • Languages known:English and Hindi
