- Assist Payroll run operations.
- Provide professional answers of payroll queries to Group's employees and to ensure any payment issues are properly resolved.
- Enter payroll deduction data In system like staff miscellaneous deductions, penalties etc.
- Update in system employee profile data and payroll records regularly.
- Coordinate with Group Business Coordinators for missing information as required.
- Issue payroll statements to Group's staff like Statement of Accounts.
- Assist In standardizing the methods in which work will be accomplished.
- Maintain Confidentiality of all payroll information.
- Assist Time Attendance process.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements Minimum Educational, Professional And Vocation Qualification Required
- Graduation in any discipline, preferable in accounts.
- Strong computer skills such as typing, system and software knowledge
- Knowledge of wage withholding orders
- Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with employees regarding their issues and concerns
- Being an effective team player
- Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with specific deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment
- Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records
Minimum Years Of Relevant Work Experience
2-3 years' experience in payroll or accounts position, in the UAE.
