Job Description
As our Food and Beverage Supervisor you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that align with the sophistication of our newly refurbished venues. You will support the F&B team with passion and professionalism ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding guest satisfaction. This dynamic role requires strong leadership attention to detail and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily food and beverage operations ensuring high service standards and quality.
- Assisting in team supervision training and mentoring to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Supporting the F&B Manager in achieving financial targets minimising waste and optimising resources.
- Collaborating with the culinary and events teams to create memorable dining experiences.
- Ensuring compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations across all F&B operations.
- Monitoring and responding to guest feedback to continuously improve service and experience.
- Assisting in stock control and inventory management to ensure efficient operations.
- Leading by example in delivering outstanding customer service and promoting a positive team culture.
- Supporting promotional campaigns and special events to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
- Conducting regular team briefings to ensure alignment and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
