Job Summary:
A clientfocused role responsible for maintaining and growing longterm client relationships within the exhibitions/events sector. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying opportunities collaborating with internal teams for seamless project delivery and ensuring client satisfaction. A UAE drivers license is essential and Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with new and existing accounts ensuring strong longterm relationships that drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the main point of contact understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and crossselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of custom exhibition booths and event concepts that meet client expectations.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets retention goals and client acquisition objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to provide innovative recommendations to clients.
- Track account performance and provide regular updates and reporting to Managing Director
Qualifications:
- Experience in account management preferably in the exhibitions/events/design sector
- Targetdriven mindset with a strong ability to hit KPIs and revenue goals.
- Proficient in MS Office skilled in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT) and effective in professional communication and correspondence.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fastpaced environment.
- A UAE drivers license is mandatory.
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
