Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customerfocused EnterpriseAccount Manager (Client Relations) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at nurturing client relationships identifying growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key clients serving as the main point of contact.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within assigned accounts to drive retention and expansion.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs gather feedback and provide solutions aligned with ClearGrids offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services that meet client expectations.
- Monitor and report on account performance including key metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries and issue resolution with a proactive and solutionoriented approach.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance client relationships and service offerings.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years of experience in account management sales or customer success roles preferably in a technology or financial services environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions and value propositions effectively.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build positive client relationships based on trust and understanding.
