Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver worldclass personalized service that embodies the values of elegance authenticity and luxury.
- Represent the restaurant with passion professionalism and the warmth of Italian hospitality.
- Collaborate with a dynamic preopening team to ensure the smooth launch of the restaurant.
- Maintain high standards of service ensuring every guest experience is exceptional.
- Uphold and promote the restaurant s core values of attention to detail dedication and the pursuit of perfection.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fine Dining Experience: Preference for candidates with a background in highend Italian cuisine or luxury dining establishments.
- Language Proficiency: Priority will be given to candidates fluent in Italian or Russian to reflect the international nature of the restaurant s clientele.
- Previous experience in preopening projects is an advantage but not required.
- Passion for Italian cuisine excellent communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Benefits
Working Conditions:
- 6 working days per week with 1 day off.
- 9hour workdays including breaks.
- Candidates based in the UAE who can arrange their own accommodation will be prioritized.
- Housing may be provided to exceptional candidates relocating from abroad.
