Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervision and Team Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the security team ensuring all staff follow resort policies and procedures.
- Train mentor and evaluate security personnel to maintain high standards of service and safety.
- Prepare duty rosters and assign tasks to security team members.
Safety and Security
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the property to identify and address security risks.
- Respond promptly to emergencies including medical incidents thefts and disturbances ensuring proper incident management and documentation.
- Monitor and manage access control systems CCTV surveillance and alarm systems.
Guest and Staff Support
- Provide assistance to guests and staff in securityrelated matters ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Address guest complaints or concerns related to safety professionally and promptly.
Incident Reporting and Compliance
- Document all incidents and maintain accurate reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local laws health safety and security regulations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Preventive Measures
- Implement and enforce security protocols to prevent theft vandalism and other threats.
- Conduct safety drills and training sessions for staff including fire evacuation and emergency response.
Crisis Management
- Act as the first point of contact during emergencies and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a swift and effective response.
- Develop and update contingency plans for various scenarios including natural disasters and security breaches.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement with at least 23 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of security systems CCTV monitoring and emergency response procedures.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with hotel or resort operations is a plus.
