As a Senior Recruiter you will play a key role in delivering highcaliber talent solutions for their prestigious clients across the region. You will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process and developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Acquisition & Executive Search: Identify engage and assess seniorlevel professionals in banking finance and technology through proactive headhunting networking and market mapping.
- Client & Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates ensuring a seamless recruitment experience and providing market insights.
- EndtoEnd Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Market Intelligence & Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor movements and emerging talent pools to provide valuable insights to clients and enhance recruitment strategies.
- KPI Achievement & Performance: Work towards quarterly recruitment targets ensuring successful placements while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in executive search specializing in banking finance or technology.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of talent dynamics hiring trends and executive search methodologies within the BFSI and tech sectors.
- Recruitment Skills: Proven track record of headhunting sourcing and placing seniorlevel professionals in competitive markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client accounts conducting needs assessments and delivering tailored talent solutions.
- KPIDriven Approach: Ability to work in a performancefocused environment with quarterly recruitment targets and highquality placement expectations.
- Location & Availability: Based in Dubai UAE or willing to relocate with a strong regional network and understanding of the GCC hiring landscape.
