Job Description
- Assist the Front Office team in preparing for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and checks traces for any special requests of the guests.
- Provide a warm welcome to the guests and oversee VIP arrivals and departures
- Keeps an updated record of the guests information in the system and handle complaints and concerns.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
- Knowledge in Opera system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
