Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing distribution business based in Dubai South. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with solid experience in the F&B or FMCG sectors looking to step into a regional role with high visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full cycle of financial and management reporting including budgeting forecasting and capital planning.
Oversee daily accounting functions including AP/AR treasury and general ledger activities.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with global standards and internal deadlines.
Manage and improve internal controls risk assessments and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage cash flow working capital and fund transfers across business units.
Support pricing strategies and customer sales pricing processes.
Handle landed cost calculations and inventory cost accuracy.
Liaise with external auditors banks and regulatory bodies.
Coach and guide finance team members and ensure performance goals are met.
Requirements
Qualified finance professional (CA CPA CIMA ACCA or equivalent).
Minimum 7 years of relevant finance experience ideally within the F&B or FMCG sector.
Handson knowledge of Oracle ERP systems and multinational reporting standards.
Strong skills in Excel and financial planning/analysis.
Exposure to US GAAP IAS or SAS is a plus.
Confident communicator with leadership skills and a problemsolving mindset.
Willingness to occasionally travel across GCC markets.
