Job Description
VAM Systems is currently looking for Compliance BA for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Responsibility
- Gather and document business requirements for compliance systems focusing on regulatory mandates and operational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design processes that enhance compliance monitoring and reporting capabilities.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify enhancements in compliance systems and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
- Work closely with IT and vendors to implement compliance solutions ensuring seamless integration with core banking systems.
- Lead testing and validation of compliance system functionality creating test cases to ensure requirements are met.
- Provide handson support during system implementation addressing issues and optimizing processes as needed.
- Analyze system performance postimplementation identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and usage of compliance systems.
