- E-commerce Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in online sales performance.
- Platform Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, and promotions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure optimal website performance and user experience.
- Digital Marketing Integration:
- Work with marketing teams to design campaigns that drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Implement SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to enhance site visibility.
- Optimize product descriptions and images for better search engine rankings.
- Customer Experience:
- Enhance the customer journey on the e-commerce platform, ensuring easy navigation and mobile-friendly design.
- Focus on improving site speed and reducing cart abandonment rates.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting:

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Experience with marketplace platforms like Amazon, Talabat, and Noon.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management is a plus.
