Job Description
Job Title: Supervisor Reinforcement Works
Location: Dubai UAE
Job Type: Fulltime

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Reinforcement Works Supervisor to manage the steel reinforcement process for construction projects. The role requires expertise in rebar cutting bending fixing and placement per project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the steel fixing team for proper reinforcement installation.
- Read and interpret structural drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS).
- Ensure reinforcement work is completed as per project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with UAE construction standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers and material suppliers for smooth workflow.
- Train and guide workers to improve efficiency and safety awareness.
- Monitor material usage and minimize waste.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reinforcement works with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of rebar cutting bending and fixing techniques.
- Ability to read and understand bar bending schedules and drawings.
- Familiarity with UAE construction safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
