Company Overview: Join 3EX.COM where innovation drives our every move. We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a deep understanding of the crypto/blockchain sector to support our rapidly growing team.
Role Overview: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team providing expert HR guidance and support. The ideal candidate will have experience in the crypto/blockchain industry and proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Support recruitment efforts including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular HR metrics and analysis to inform decisionmaking.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist with other projects as assigned
Key Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the crypto/blockchain industry.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
- HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Adaptability: Able to handle stress and adapt to a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadership.
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR (e.g. PHR SPHR SHRMCP SHRMSCP).
