Job Description

AtkinsRalis is seeking a highly motivated detailoriented and selfstarting professional to join our Abu Dhabi team as a Senior Project Manager Marine (Infrastructure). This role will be integral in supporting multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across the GCC focusing on marine and coastal infrastructure on residential/villa development programs islands etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight on largescale multidisciplinary marine infrastructure projects.

  • Drive successful project delivery from conceptual design through to execution ensuring technical and budgetary objectives are met.

  • Lead and support the preparation of bids for both single and multidisciplinary projects focusing on strategies to win and deliver excellence.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and explore new opportunities.

  • Regularly report on project performance highlighting successes and addressing challenges proactively.

  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations fostering a culture of safety within the team.

  • Offer technical expertise and innovative solutions on complex marine engineering projects.

  • Manage project designs and budgets facilitating smooth transitions from tendering to final delivery in a multidisciplinary environment.

  • Enhance your professional network engaging with both internal teams and external clients.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil/Structural/Marine Engineering or a related field.

  • 1215 years of experience in marine infrastructure projects.

  • Proven track record of managing and delivering large marine and coastal infrastructure projects.

  • Currently based in the UAE with substantial experience on Abu Dhabi based projects.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD MicroStation Revit/BIM and familiarity with marinespecific programs (e.g. Coastal Modeling Software).

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong technical writing and communication abilities.

  • General competencies expected include Client Service Commitment Communication Innovation & Continuous Improvement Professionalism Quality and Teamwork.

  • Ability to process both paper and electronic documents and utilize computer equipment efficiently.

  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to assemble and interpret data.
